How do I keep my own AI key costs low?+
Chats on your own key usually cost a few cents a day for a small shop. Set a monthly budget and usage alerts in your AI provider's billing settings and you'll always know what you pay; Chat2Checkout also limits how much one visitor can send. Want a fixed price instead? Starter, Growth and Business include the AI, with no key to manage and no surprise bills.
Is there a message limit?+
Not on Free, Pro or Agency: your own AI key answers, so we never count your chats. Starter, Growth and Business include a number of messages each month; pay as you go uses credits.

What counts as one website?+
One main domain, like yourshop.com. A subdomain such as shop.yourshop.com counts as another website.
What if I'm not happy?+
