The service

Chat2Checkout provides an AI chat assistant for your website, with a dashboard to configure it and see its results. Features depend on your plan and your website's platform.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe and give team members only the access they need. You are responsible for activity in your account.

Your content and your website

You confirm you have the right to connect the website and store you add. You keep ownership of your content. You let us read, store and process it to run the service for you.

The assistant answers from your website, catalog and settings. Keep them accurate. AI answers can occasionally be wrong; you remain responsible for your prices, offers, orders and promises to your customers.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service for anything illegal, misleading or harmful, to send spam, to collect data without permission, or to try to break or overload it. We may suspend accounts that do.

Plans, messages and payment

Starter, Growth and Business include a number of AI messages per period; pay-as-you-go credits last 12 months. A photo message counts as 2 messages. Free, Pro and Agency answer with the business's own AI key: the business pays its AI provider for those chats under that provider's terms, and we don't limit the messages (fair-use limits apply to features that run on our services, shown on the pricing page). Each plan covers one main domain; a subdomain counts as another website. Prices are shown on the Billing page.

Changing plans: an upgrade (a higher plan, or monthly to yearly) starts the same day at the new plan's full price, with a fresh month of messages, and the unused messages of the old plan's current month move over and last 30 days. A move to a cheaper plan starts at the next renewal; the current plan keeps working until then and nothing is charged that day. Upgrades are not refunded for the days left on the old plan: its unused messages move over instead.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but can't promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features; important changes are announced in the dashboard.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.

Ending

You can stop using the service and delete your store at any time. We may end or suspend accounts that break these terms.
